Today’s recipe show you how to make a delicious chocolate-cake in just a few minutes.
Taste great with a nice cup of tea or coffee
This is what you need
make about 15 pieces
1 piece is about 120 cal
50 gr (1,75 oz) butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup walnut kernels
100 gr (3,5 oz) dark chocolate
1 cup flour
1 tbsp cacao
1/2 tsp bakingpowder
1 tsp vanillasugar
Handy in the kitchen
This is what you do
1. Melt the butter, full effect for 1 minute, whisk the eggs and sugar together untill fluffy and mix in the melted butter and the walnut kernels
2. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and place in a microsafe bowl, melt on half effect for 2-3 minutes
3. Mix flour, cacao, bakingpowder and vanillasugar with the eggmix and add the melted chocolate. Mix it all carefully together
4. Spread your mix in a microsafe cake tin and cook the cake first on full effect for 3 minutes, then cook on half effect for 5-6 minutes.
Rotate the tin 90 degrees after half time
