Banana Sunrise (Microwave)
The recipe I am sharing with you today, Banana Sunrise,
is a dessert that can also be served as breakfast.
It can be made in 10 minutes in your microwave oven and is full of vitamin C.
This is what you need
1 serving is 180 cal.
2/3 cup orange-juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
2 big bananas
Handy in the kitchen
This is what you do
Stir orange-juice, brown sugar and cinnamon together in a micro-safe bowl
Warm the sauce on full effect for 1-2 minutes
Peel the bananas and slice them as seen in the photo
Place the bananas on a micro-safe plate and pour the sauce over them
Cover the plate and warm on full effect for 2-3 minutes
As dessert, serve with icecream
As breakfast serve with cereal
If your icecream is too hard, soften it for a few seconds in the microwave on low effect
