Choco-bombs for microwave
These amazing choco-bombs take just a few minutes to prepare and bake.
Perfect for unexpected guests, or maybe a little snack for yourself when the cravings set in?
However, I love chocolate, and even with the sugar and butter in this recipe, at least cocoa is very good for your health.
Cocoa is a rich source of antioxidants, it’s good for your heart and cholesterol levels, and much more.
That is my excuse to eat these choco-bombs on a regular basis without feeling any guilt. ENJOY
This is what you need
makes 25-30 choco-bombs
1 bomb is about 60 cal.
3,5 tbsp (½ dl) cocoa
13,5 tbsp (2 dl) flour
6,5 tbsp ( 1 dl) sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
3,5 oz (100 gr) butter or margarine
Handy in the kitchen
This is what you do
1.Mix the cocoa, flour, sugar and vanilla sugar together. Use a food processor if you have one.
2.Cut the butter in small squares and mix it in with the rest of your ingredients. If you use a food processor, be quick, don’t overwork your dough
3.Roll out small balls from your dough and place them on a sheet of baking paper
4.Place the balls on baking paper on a micro safe plate and bake 5 at the time on low effect for about 5 minutes. ( see photo)
Let the bombs cool off before serving.
These chocobombs are soft, with a consistency almost like confectionery
