Easy Tasty Shrimps for Microwave
This easy tasty shrimp dish has a lot of wonderful flavours.
The recipe calls for a lovely mix of vegetables and spices that brings out the amazing taste of the shrimps.
It’s also rich in protein and low in calories, contains vitamin C and iron and take only 15 minutes to make.

This is what you need
1 serving is 360 cal.
3 cups unpeeled shrimps
100 gr. (3,5 oz – 1,7 cups) fresh or frozen mushrooms
1 green bell pepper
1 small carrot
10 tsp mango chutney
10 tsp heavy cream
10 tsp finely chopped dill
1 pressed garlic clove
1/5 tsp (or more if you like it hot) cayenne pepper

This is what you do
Peel and clean the shrimps. Rinse the mushrooms and cut into slices. Remove all the seeds carefully from the bell pepper and cut the carrot and pepper into fine strips. Cut the tomatoes into small squares.
Place the mushrooms and carrot strips in a micro safe bowl without any water or fat. Cover the bowl and cook on full effect for 3-4 minutes.
Take the bowl out of the microwave and add the bell pepper, tomatoes, mango chutney and the cream. Cover the bowl and cook on full effect for 4-5 minutes.
Add the shrimps, garlic, dill, cream and cayenne pepper. Warm the dish for about 1 minute on full effect.
Leave the dish for a few minutes to even out the heat before serving. Serve the shrimps with boiled rice and salad.
