Gratinated Squash for Microwave
The recipe I am sharing with you today is one of my favorites, gratinated squash.
I have never been very fond of vegetables, so I am always looking for a way to make them taste better.
You can always modify this recipe and add other vegetables or spices if you disire, but for me this is the perfect mix.
Squash, tomatoes and garlic, it tastes like a little piece of heaven.

This is what you need
1 serving = 215 cal
600 gr (21 oz) squash
1/5 tsp salt
1/5 tsp pepper
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 1/2 dl (1 cup) cream
2 dl (1 1/3 cup) shredded cheese
