Greek Feta Delight for microwave
Feta cheese add a lot of flavour to any dish.
Today I will share with you a microwave recipe combining Feta with spinach.
If you can’t get Feta-cheese you can use an other dry cheese that will crumble.
A cheese with strong taste is to be prefered, like fresh goat-cheese.
It’s nice to eat as a snack with fresh bread, but also a great side-dish to fish and meat. ENJOY
This is what you need
1 serving is 170 kcal
350 gr. (12,34 oz) frozen spinach
1 tbsp margarin or oil
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper
50 gr. (1,76 oz) Feta cheese
Handy in the kitchen
This is what you do
1.Defrost the spinach on low/defrost for 6-8 min.
2.Peel and finely chop the onion, Place in a micro-safe form with margarin/oil and pressed garlic. Cover and warm on full effect 3-4 min.
3.Squeeze the water out of the spinach and place on top of the onion, cover and warm on full effect 2-3 min.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle the cheese on top and serve right away
