Greek Feta Delight for microwave

Share

Feta cheese add a lot of flavour to any dish.

Today I will share with you a microwave recipe combining Feta with spinach.

If you can’t get Feta-cheese you can use an other dry cheese that will crumble.

A cheese with strong taste is to be prefered, like fresh goat-cheese.

It’s nice to eat as a snack with fresh bread, but also a great side-dish to fish and meat. ENJOY

Hi Marith- I LOVE SPINACH (just planted my first crop of the season) Looks like you have another winner here. Well written and I really like how I can follow along the steps in making this tasty dish while actually seeing what you are doing. Excellent job! Can I make this with fresh spinach instead of frozen?

PS: I going for the Magic Mustard Sauce next!

    All the best-Tom

    • Marith says:

Hi Tom, thank you for those kind words. I am not sure you can use fresh spinash, without the water from the melting spinash it might be a bit dry. I have never tried, so you can give it a go after your harvest and let me know how it turns out. And please let me know what you think about the mustard sauce after you tried the recipe.
