Small kitchen, busy life?

Share

Not everybody have a big, fully equiped kitchen.
It can be many reasons for that.

Also many of us live a very busy life, with maybe one or two jobs, family and hobbies.
A microwave can save you a lot of hours in the kitchen, but still make sure you eat very well.

You will se that your microwave can be used for much more than heating up left-overs or popping pop-corn.

On this page I will share hundreds of tasty recipes for microwave.

Todays Microwaves comes with oven and grill, but for most of my recipes you only need the regular microwaves.

If you still believe in the old myths about food losing their nutrition when cooked in a microwave, read articles from FDA and The Harvard Medical School Family Health Guide about this subject. Some nutrients do break down when they’re exposed to heat, whether it is from a microwave or a regular oven. Vitamin C is perhaps the clearest example. So, as a general proposition, cooking with a microwave probably does a better job of preserving the nutrient content of foods because the cooking times are shorter.

I hope you will enjoy these recipes, try them out, give me some feedback in the comments. And, of course, feel free to ask any questions you may have on this topic.
