Pancakes ala France for microwave
It is always wise to start the day with a proper breakfast, but we don’t want to get up one hour earlier than we have to, to make it. That’s when your microwave oven comes in very handy. Making these French Pancakes for breakfast is the perfect way to start your day. And of course, they are great for lunch or dinner too. ENJOY
This is what you need
1 serving is 425 cal.
4 slices of bacon
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1 clove of garlic
1 and 3/4 cups of milk
1/2 cup of flour
Handy in the kitchen
This is what you do
1.Cut the bacon into small squares, place them in a microsafe form with the parsley and press garlic on the top.
2.Cover and warm on full effect 3-4 min.
3.Make a mixture of the eggs, milk and flour.
4.Pour the mix over the bacon , cover again and warm on full effect for 5-7 min.
Leave it a few min. to rest before serving with toast and tomatoes
Notes; If the bacon produce too much fat while cooking, pour some of it out before adding the pancake-mix
