Smoked herring with sour cream sauce for microwave
Smoked herring (kippers) makes an easy and delicious meal.

This is what you need
1 serving is 500 cal.
4-5 smoked herring (kippers)
1 tsp wine- or apple vinegar
½ cup of sour cream
½ tsp mustard
½ tsp sugar
Handy in the kitchen
This is what you do
Pull the skin off the herring and fillet them. Place them side by side on a micro safe plate
Sprinkle the vinegar over the herring and add some finely chopped chives on top
Mix the mustard and sugar in with the sour cream.
Pour the sauce over the herring with a spoon to spread it out.
Cook on full effect for 3-4 minutes
Serve with whole wheat bread
