Tomatoes with Feta a la Greece for microwave
Most people will think of Greece as soon as they hear the word Feta. Feta is a delicious salty cheese that can be used in salads and pastries.
Today I will show you a different way to use Feta.
This little dish is very easy and quick to make if you get unexpected guests, need a quick side-dish or just want a snack. Enjoy!
This is what you need
1 serving is 90 cal.
2 beefsteak tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
50 gr. (1,76 oz) Feta cheese
pepper to taste
Handy in the kitchen
This is what you do
1 Rinse and cut the tomatoes into thick slices
2. Place pressed garlic and basil on top of each tomato
3. Cover each tomato with a slice of Feta cheese and grinde some fresh pepper on top
4. Place on a microwave-safe plate, cover it and warm on full effect for 3-4 min.
