Warm Camembert with cloud-berries
Camembert is a soft creamy cheese made from cow’s milk. It has a woody, rustic flavor and is delicious as a quick warm snack. Thanks to your microwave oven this little dish can be made in as little as 3 minutes. In this recipe I have paired the Camembert with cloud-berries, but if you can’t find them in your local store, you can use strawberry jam instead.
This is what you need
1 serving is about 205 cal.
1 package Camembert (125g – 4,4 oz)
1 tsp chervil OR 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
¾ cups cloud-berries OR strawberry jam
This is what you do
Divide the cheese into two pieces.
Rub the cheese with chervil or parsley and place them on a micro safe plate.
Warm the Camembert carefully for 20-45 seconds on half power. The time depends on what temperature your cheese have when it goes in the microwave oven.
Place your cloud-berries or strawberries in a micro safe bowl, cover, and warm up on full power for 1 – 1 ½ minutes. Serve the warm Camembert with the warm cloud-berries/strawberries.
